Outbid TwistTerms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Outbid Twist, including the public leaderboard, listings, checkout, the inviter program, and related features (the "Service"). By using the Service, creating a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service or pay for a ranking.
Operator and contact
The Service is operated from India by an independent individual, not a registered company. Contact: contact@outbid-twist.lol.
What the Service is
Outbid Twist is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list a product website or an X/Twitter profile and occupy a rank based on the amount paid, according to the Rules. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, or endorsements.
A payment buys a rank at whatever position that bid supports at the time it's fulfilled — it doesn't buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, a fixed duration at a given rank, or any particular result. Someone else can pay more and outrank you. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including pricing rules and categories.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. You may not use the Service if you're prohibited from receiving it under applicable law, including trade sanctions.
Payments and taxes
Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments. We don't collect or store full card details. Dodo's own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself. Amounts are priced in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Bid minimums, raise increments, and takeover pricing are described in the Rules and shown before you pay. Rank is assigned when payment is confirmed, at whatever position that bid then supports.
No refunds
All payments are final and not refundable. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed and the paid amount is added to the public board. Being outranked later, fewer clicks than hoped for, downtime, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a refund. By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately; to the extent the law allows it, you waive any statutory cooling-off period. Where a mandatory consumer right can't be waived, we honor it. Chargebacks or reversed payments made without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms and may result in the listing being removed.
Your warranties
By submitting a URL, @handle, or payment, you represent that:
- You have the right to list that destination and send visitors there.
- The listing and destination comply with applicable law.
- You're not impersonating another person, brand, or company.
- The destination isn't malware, phishing, or a scam.
- The information you submit is accurate.
Prohibited use
In addition to the Rules, you may not use the Service to list content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or that exploits children; counterfeit goods or infringing material; or offers requiring licenses you don't hold. You also may not scrape the Service beyond ordinary browsing, manipulate click or visit counts, bypass rate limits, or automate bidding without our written permission.
Our right to remove listings
We may refuse, edit, recategorize, or remove any listing or bid, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms, the Rules, or the law may have been broken, or where we think a listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal doesn't entitle you to a refund.
Fair use of third-party content
To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations — titles, descriptions, and favicons — and X profile names. We use this only to identify the listed product or profile on Outbid Twist, not as an endorsement or affiliation claim. Outbid Twist, our name, and the look of the Service are ours; you may not scrape the board to build a competing ranking product. Third-party names (X, Dodo Payments, DataFast, Cloudflare, and others) remain their owners' property.
Inviter program
Joining the inviter program is optional and requires an account. Ranking on the inviter leaderboard is based on unique visitors referred through your personal link, as described in the Rules. Each round, the top 3 inviters receive prize money equal to what the bidder at the matching rank paid, capped at $10,000 per rank. Participating doesn't guarantee any particular rank, visitor count, or payout amount, and we may adjust how the inviter leaderboard or payouts work at any time.
No endorsement, no earnings claims
Appearance on the board isn't our opinion of a product, and we don't verify that listed claims are true. Links from the Service leave Outbid Twist to destinations with their own terms and practices, which we're not responsible for.
Availability and changes
We provide the Service as-is. It may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect at times. We may change ranking rules, minimums, categories, or these Terms; if a change is material, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For a payment already completed, the Terms in effect at checkout still apply to that payment.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that claim concerns. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law says can't be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. These Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement for the Service.
