Privacy Policy

This page explains what data Outbid Twist collects and why. You don't need an account to browse the leaderboard or place a bid — the only account on this site is optional, for the inviter program.

What we collect

Bidding

Placing a bid requires no account. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor — we never see or store your card details. Dodo shares your email and the payment outcome with us so we can credit your bid; see Dodo Payments' privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Inviter accounts

Joining the inviter program requires an email address, used only for account login and verification (via Supabase Auth). We don't use it for marketing.

Visit tracking

To count unique visitors — both for the site-wide visitor counter and for crediting an inviter's referral link — we process your IP address, browser user-agent string, and browser language, combined and one-way hashed into an opaque identifier. We don't store your raw IP address. This is used only to deduplicate visits and detect automated traffic, not to identify you individually.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated traffic on bid submissions. It runs invisibly — no puzzle or checkbox — and does not use cookies to track you across sites. For details on what Turnstile collects and how, see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Analytics

We use DataFast for site analytics (traffic, referral sources). See DataFast's privacy policy for details.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use your email or bidding activity for advertising. We don't store payment card details — that lives entirely with Dodo Payments.
